DNA Lamborghini is far more than a publication—it is a handcrafted editorial masterpiece, created to narrate and celebrate the excellence of the Lamborghini brand.

This one-of-a-kind copy is personally signed by legendary test driver Loris Bicocchi, who has enriched the volume with handwritten anecdotes commemorating his 40-year career, making this edition a true treasure for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Curated by Antonio Ghini and illustrated by Mitja Borkert, Head of Design at Lamborghini since 2016, the book is composed of 309 pages that retrace the brand’s complete history from 1963 to the present. Each section offers a comprehensive and impassioned insight into the Lamborghini universe—from its founding to its most recent innovations.

The First Part, titled “History as a Novel,” unfolds over 23 chapters and recounts the birth of the legend beginning in 1947, when Ferruccio Lamborghini, driven by vision and industrial genius, transformed a small workshop into an empire. From the first tractor equipped with a dual fuel tank to the iconic Miura, from the establishment of the Sant’Agata headquarters to the brand’s relentless pursuit of automotive perfection, this section tells a compelling and authentic story of ascent.

The Second Part, “Model by Model,” comprises 14 chapters and showcases every Lamborghini vehicle ever conceived, including prototypes that reached industrial production but never entered the market. Each car is described in detail, highlighting design concepts, technical features, and the role it played in shaping the enduring legacy of the Raging Bull in the world of super sports cars.

The Third Part, “Year by Year – Models and Innovations,” is structured as a visual timeline, where vehicles are classified by category—Coupé, Roadster, Racing, and Off Road—and enriched with original imagery of engines, chassis, and technical details. The result is a clear and complete overview of the brand’s technological and stylistic evolution.

The covers of DNA Lamborghini are the first in the world made from Forged Composites®, the high-tech material used in Lamborghini’s super sports cars, finished in high-gloss lacquer and painted by hand. The spine is clad in Arancio Leonis leather, the brand’s signature colour, while the Toro emblem is a true bronze and 24-karat gold sculpture, created using the ancient lost-wax casting method.

The pages are printed on handmade cotton paper. Each sheet is individually crafted and finished by hand, folded with a bone folder and hand-sewn with needle and thread on medieval wooden frames. The result is a binding that is solid yet refined, offering an unrivalled visual and tactile experience.

The volume concludes with a letter signed by Salvatore Giorgio Dino, founder of D’ORO Collection, as a symbolic seal of a work that bridges past and future.
