Privacy Policy

Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the Company represents that the processing of Data provided by the Buyer will be carried out in compliance with Italian and European legislation. The Data provided is necessary for the execution of the Contract and will be collected, recorded, organized and archived for purposes related to the execution of the Contract.

The Data Controller is D'ORO COLLECTION s.r.l.s. (VAT Number 13536991006) (hereinafter "Company"), headquartered in Rome (Italy), Piazza Adriana n.11, Postal Code 00193. The Data will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases where it is necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g. product shipment), for the fulfillment of related obligations (e.g. tax obligations), for legal protection reasons (e.g. communications to the law firm), for the fulfillment of administrative or jurisdictional obligations and in other cases where disclosure will be mandatory by law or by administrative or jurisdictional provision.

Data processing is carried out with manual tools and computer tools, using procedures suitable to guarantee the security of the Data provided. At any time, the Buyer may have access to the Data provided and may, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679:

1. request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data;
2. obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
3. obtain the rectification and cancellation of data;
4. obtain the limitation of processing;
5. obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;
6. object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
7. object to automated decision-making relating to natural persons, including profiling;
8. ask the data controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of processing concerning them or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
9. withdraw consent at any time without prejudicing the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal;
10. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

These rights may be exercised by sending a written request to the Company, possibly using the European standard withdrawal form, with one of the following methods:
