On Monday 30th September, the Eternal City welcomed a prestigious event attended by members of Club des Chefs des Chefs, the most exclusive gastronomic association in the world. Founded in 1977, the Club brings together the personal chefs of heads of state and royal families from around the globe, fostering culinary excellence through the exchange of experiences and expertise among its members. Among the Club's most notable chefs are those serving His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom, the President of the United States of America, all the way to the People's Republic of China.The Club's motto, "Cuisine at the service of peace," highlights their commitment to promoting diplomacy and unity through the culinary arts.


The day began with an official meeting at the Quirinale, where President Sergio Mattarella received the delegation from the Club des Chefs des Chefs. This important institutional moment emphasized the strong connection between gastronomy and Italian culture, which is internationally recognized for its historical and cultural significance.


In the evening, CEO of D'ORO Collection, Salvatore Giorgio Dino, opened the doors of D'ORO Collection Museum and Villa to welcome the delegation in an exclusive setting. The villa, located along the historic Via Appia Antica, provided an extraordinary backdrop where history, art, and culture blended to offer guests a unique experience. The museum's collection, which gathers all D'ORO Collection publications, was the heart of the event, celebrating the union between the ancient art of bookmaking and contemporary innovation.
